How to delete your account
Email hello@golfkings.co.za from the address you signed up with. We'll remove your profile, picks, pool memberships, and notification settings within 30 days. No questions asked.
The app crashed or won't open
- Close the app fully and reopen — we ship bug fixes regularly.
- If it keeps happening, email hello@golfkings.co.za with what you were doing and your phone model.

Why can't I pick the world's top four players?
Every team has a combined world-rank target. Four #1s would be far under the target. The budget forces real choices instead of everyone picking the same superstar.
One of my golfers withdrew. What happens?
Your team carries on with three live golfers and an automatic substitution. For Round 3 and 4, we substitute the worst made-cut score of the day in their slot. Round 1 or 2 withdrawals leave the slot empty — pick again next week.
How does scoring work?
Rounds 1 and 2 sum all four players. Rounds 3 and 4 use the best three of four — the worst score that day is dropped. Lowest combined four-round total wins the week.
Are there any in-app purchases?
No. No subscriptions, no premium tier, no ads, no microtransactions. The app is free.
Why does my golfer's world rank look weird?
World ranks refresh weekly from the official source. When you lock a team, that team's ranks are frozen in time — you'll always see what your team's combined budget was when you locked in, not whatever ranks have done since.
Can I run a pool with friends on Android and iPhone?
Yes. The app is the same on both platforms; pools sync the moment a member joins.
Do you offer real-money play?
No. GolfKings is for bragging rights only. No wagers, no entry fees, no payouts.
